The NDIS sets the prices a provider is able to charge in the NDIS Pricing Guide. One of the first things ILSA does before providing support is to develop a budget for the supports that meet your requirements. Before providing support, an ILSA Client Manager will meet with you to ensure the budget estimate and contents of your Service Agreement with us are fully explained and understood.
